Ruffle Dress.
I've been obsessed with ruffles lately and I've been wanting to make a ruffle dress for a long time. I finally did it, and I love the way it turned out. It was a little more complicated than I expected and there are definitely things I would do differently the next time around. Nonetheless here it is! Material was $5 a yd and I bought two yards of it, so my dress came out to $10! Love it!
